This is an online course that was created for Relias. Its purpose is to teach healthcare professionals about being aware of others' cultural practices and beliefs and pushes them to respect and learn more about cultures different than their own. This course encourages learners to always lead with kindness and empathy. It has over 18,000 completions and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 65.
Cultural Awareness and Humility was designed after Relias rebranded in 2023. I helped to develop the new style for all courses and currently manage the style guide for the Education department at Relias.
